Reserve Windows Mem for PCI Device

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me with a problem I'm having running a new PCI card in a 64 bit PCI slot using W2K Pro. When I use "System Info" the new PCI card is using the same memory address as 2 other system PCI components (PCI-E x8 and PCI-X Bridge). Is there a way to exclude this memory (B8000000-B8FFFFF) that the new PCI card needs from Windows, so that it won't be used by the system PCI components? I tried the posted Microsoft fix for /PCILOCK in the boot.ini file, but there is still the same memory overlap after using this fix?? I'm thinking that excluding this memory area from Windows would be my best choice, but where is this done within the Windows environment, is there a better choice? Many thanks.
