Reappearing Icons

Ok this can't be hard but its got me.. Roaming profile, W2k,... Delete desktop icons
log off (with Local Admin Rights) and then log on and bOOm there back. all user
profile, doesn't have the icon in it. I've also deleted the icons from the roaming
profile through the server. They continue to reappear. I could definately use some
help on this one. I can't afford to spend to much time on this one.. Thanks
