Double clicking folder opens new window

Double clicking folder opens new window

All of a sudden when I double click a folder in windows explorer, that folder opens in a new window rather than the current window (sometimes). Seems to be random. I still have the option "Open Each Folder in Same Window" in folder options. Mike

I tried resetting the option in controlpanel->folder option, that did not help.

Start> Run> type regsvr32 /i shell32.dll then hit OK.
