Also look in the windows event log for problems relating to the burner or disk, and make sure that the folder/files do not have an internal problem, such as a failing CRC. I had a disk that had a bad spot that caused "silent" errors that only showed up in the windows event log. - look very carefully at the folder/file naming, for names that do not meet windows naming specification, i.e., path name limits, excluded characters in the file name - but work ok when you access the file - but do not work within the burner caching process. - visit the burner manfuacturer's web site to see if there's a forum that might discuss your topic. - isolate the exact failure. then copy that folder/subfolder to another area and see if the copy works, and then try another burn. All it takes is one file tagged that way to stop windows.
