Trying to get S/W updates for Packard Bell 2400 Plus they are messaged "only available for Windows NT or later". Is W2k not later?

W2K is later than NT 3.X and 4.x but we can't help if you are unable to download 
updates from their website.  That's something that you would have to take up with 
their support staff.  Other than that, not sure what you are asking or what we can 
help with from this forum.
