I am working an small 3 system network, 2 have windows 2000 pro and 1 has xp pro,
I am having problems logging in to the networked drives on 1 of the 2k systems from
the xp system, I cannot login under the current user name, but can, if I log in as
a different user, such as the administrator account,I need this user to have login
access, what do I need to change??

You need to set up a user account on the 2k system with the same username/password
as user on XP machine logs on with. And give that user (on 2k) access to the relevant
share(s).

start with adding users names and passwords on all the PC's that match...on all the
machines ... win2k is a high security OS and needs to know is logging on and what
rights they have , that's your job to set that up...once you add the users...
