There is basically no difference as long as Win2000 is fully updated from windows
update.
XP does boot up faster, has simple file sharing, and the stupid candy cane GUI.
Other than that, they are the same.

Win2000.

Actually, I still have all my old Windows dating back to NT.
I keep them just in case Microsoft wants to take a blood sample in order for me to
activate Windows.

Actually, you helped me a while back with a pointer to
those "articles." I always forget they're there, and they
don't show up if you use the Annoyances Forum
