Error message on startup of MS Outlook

When I open Microsoft Outlook for email or when I switch between my inbox or sent
box I get the following message and have to hit enter to get rid of it:
"Web page not found. Misspelled URL: following an invalid link, or your network connection
an/or transient condition on the internet. To check the URL choose Home Page tab
on Properties dialog."
I can't find the Home Page tab on Properties dialog. How do I stop this error message?
