I've been tinkering here and there, searching for improvements to my OS's appearance and performance. I want to share a blue theme that looks pretty good. Its been easier on my eyes.

You do know you can do it all under the Appearance (Advance folder in XP) folder without the need to rework the reg. file.:) Plus it safe unlike playing with the reg.file..The appearance folder part of windows is a short cut program to the reg.file ==============
