Hi, I am more of a hardware type. I would check the BIOS settings and make sure the right drivers were in place. Any third party program to shut down your PC does not seem like a good idea. Windows knows how to shut down. But if you want to say power and have a quick turn on, try the standby mode instead of power off. If the computer is reliable, it works fine and will help reduce Global warming if 100 million people would use it.
