Network Performance Counters are Missing

We are facing a problem in one of our Windows 2000 Server running with MSSQLSERVER
where the Network Counters are missing in Perfmon. We have tried rebuilding the counters
as per the KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/300956 but still the Network
related counters are missing. Can anyone have solution?
