Did it install to the same drive/partition or logical drive that W2K was installed on? I am assuming you are using IE6 for your browser? If IE5 then it is a little more complicated if I remember correctly. Maybe not.. Look for a Documents and Settings folder. If you have one, then it is a simple matter of deleting the Windows folder that W2K was installed into and editing the boot.ini to delete the entry that points to the W2K Windows folder. Do NOT delete anything else on the C drive. Do NOT delete the Docs and Settings folder.. Xp uses that also. Your boot files are on the C drive so don't delete any if you aren't sure what they are. They (boot files) are needed to boot XP as well as W2K. You will probably be left with junk you won't need, so I would usually advise to reformat the drive to get rid of everything and start over and install XP clean.
