Your question isn't on topic here, since it's about hardware, not about Windows.
However, there are some aftermarket driver versions available that expand the range
of Windows OSes that can be used with various Geforce and Radeon video cards. I
think that I'm using such a driver right now (this PC I'm writing you with runs Win2K).
The ones I have are called "Omega" -- just do a Google to find the site. The video
card I am using in my system is a four or five year old Radeon XP 850 XT Platinum,
but I could have kept on using a 9800 XT that did have ATI's own support for W2K.
