start button too tall!

Yeah, it sounds lame, but PLEASE HELP! I was messing around with the display, like
800x600 and clicking advanced and changing the font to small or large. I set everything
back to normal, but the start button is too tall. It seems about 150% it's normal
size. It's just annoying. Any help is greatly appreciated.

He he he he
i saw the same thing on my colleagues puter and was irritated shit and until i saw
your posting, i decide to investigate. anyways here is the remedy
right click desktop
click properties
select 'Appearances' tab
in the 'Item:' area, use the drop down menu and select 'Active title bar'
Now change to 'size:' to 18 or less
that should do the trick
BTW i am using Win 2000 but it should work similarly to Win 98
