The folder is a part of your user profile and I don't know that you can delete
it. This is created by windows 2000, not any other software, which is why it keeps
returning when you delete it. Do what I do, don't use it and forget it's there,
it won't harm your system

Get Tweak UI for win 2000 and you can remove it from there, if that doesn't work
then just try setting the attributes to hidden
