how to overwrite trusted sites zone in internet options

I'm trying to overwrite the existing trusted site zone(IE ->Tools->internet options->security
->trusted sites.
I'm unable to add the new urls into the trusted sites zone. The "add button" and
respective "field" has been disabled. Would like to know how can i enable it.
