Try searching microsoft's site to see if it is a known issue
2003 may have a security setting you need to disable or something like that, past
that I'm out of ideas
wish I could help more, but this isn't a problem ever seen and I know when I'm in
over my head
2003 has a number of settings to "protect" us from ourselves and they sometimes get
in the way
