same shit here with 'adobe premiere pro.exe' after the application crashed. it's in the taskmanager but none of the known methods can terminate it (taskkill, sysinternals pskill, process explorer, etc.), the only solution is to reboot the system (machine). how could it be possible!? i can't believe there is no way to kill a dead task :-(
