Upgrade from Standard to Enterprise?

I have Win Server 2003 Standard and now need to use Enterprise to allow sharing of
Outlook calendars. Can I simply upgrade from Standard to Enterprise? If so, will
it cause me lots of grief in terms of changing my current setup?
