did ya see if her account was in the right group or has the sufficent privligs to
open those files (going form server 2000 to 2003 is a hard transition, not as easy
as M$ trys to play it) sorry if my reply seems kinda like a newbie responce i just
got my Net+ and server 2003 certifications
