Blacked out Login fields

When logging into my Server 2003 system both the User Name and Password fields are
Blacked out. The text is black and the background is black. When I highlight the
Username field I can see the text but I don't want this to happen for all of my RDP
users.
This all started after the primary drive went down to 0MB of space.
I appreciate any help you can give.
