We currently use Postini for about 150 user environment. I think it has had a significant impact on the number of viruses. But for sure it has had a dramatic impact on spam with virtually no false positives. The only time I see false positives are for advertisements from vendors primarily bulk emails. We have had virtually no viruses since using Postini some of this could be credited to better Anti-virus software but primarily I think the credit should go to Postini. You may also want to look at a product called MX Logic that does that same as postini but doesn't require an annual contract and may be cheaper.
