Hi, The best way to do it if you are doing it yourself is to go to the web page below , follow the links, download the tools and destructions you will need, and make sure you have a full dissaster recovery backup before you start. If you are at all unsure then the only other way to do it (the way I did it the second time with SBS2003 R2 after one botched setup) is to pay someone over qualified to walk you through it, that way if anything fails they should have more than enough knowledge and experiance to put things right and keep you sane with your mind at ease. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/sbs/upgrade/default.mspx
