Hi, As the question has remained unanswered I will try to answer your question with
a question. What is your "guy" intending to do, is he trying to create/give access
to a web site on a server, or create/give access to a website using IIS. Also is
this for Local Network use within a Domain (internal intranet use) or for full internet
access. A bit more information on his behalf would help.
