Interactive logon problem

I have setup a windows server 2003 domian server. I need a notification message to be displayed on any users screen when any user logon from a workstaion(client). I setup the interactive text message on server but the message only comes up on the server screen at time of logon on server. It does not appear on client computer. Clients are running windows xp. What can I do to resolve this problem?
