I managed to figure this out. There is a second tab where I need to configure folder
security settings. When right clicking, and selecting sharing & security for a given
folder, there are two tabs where I needed to add the users. One is the sharing tab,
and the other is the security tab.
That fixed the issue. It also is where I found the specific permissions that I wanted
to set for r/w versus modify.
Thanks!
Andrew
