Password issue on one application.

Hi All,
I am using Nortel Application on Server2003.
Sometime when I am trying to login to this application its giving me the login details
incorrect.
But after some time i m able to login to that application with same user name and
password.
Application:- Symposium Webclient Server ( Nortel)
My question is wheather its a problem with this server2003 or with this application.
If anybody saced the same issue please forword your suggetions ASAP.
