Hi there,
Please follow these steps:
1. Create local account on your XP-Home exp. "LStratton" and password "mamamia".
Said that your Server Domain name is OMEGA and you had account on that Domain "LukeS"
and passowrd "p@ss123".
Your server name is OMEGA-SERVER. And finally, you had shared folders named "OMEGA_01"
and "OMEGA_02".
2. Create script (exp. "thescript.bat") and put on your XP-Home Start-Up (you know
how to find it, right?)
3. The script should be like this:
NET USE X : "\\OMEGA-SERVER\OMEGA_01 p@ss123 /USER:LukeS
NET USE Y : "\\OMEGA-SERVER\OMEGA_02
4. LogOff and login again with your local account "LStratton" and password "mamamia".
You will directly connect to OMEGA_01 as drive X and OMEGA_02 as drive Y.
They worked fine on my WinXP-Home clients.
Regards,
Jebe
