This may not fix your problem but it is related, may help someone else I am sure stop error 0x0000007B can be caused by lots of things, but I got it when I tried moving a hard drive with XP home to my other computer with a different mobo and attempted repairing it with an XP Pro restore CD. When I put in the XP home restore disk it helped alot. Didn't need the driver fix as detailed on MS support site.
