unable to open hard drive

hi.... i am using win 2003 server...... yesterday when i logged on to my computer, i got prompt form anti virus that some back door Trojan has been detected so i deleted it... and so on i scanned my computer and then restarted..... now after re-booting my computer i can't access my hard-drives i.e.. C,D,E,F,G.... when ever i double click on each drive it opens window of "open with" and thus similar thing occurs when i try to open other dives, it comes with "open with" ???? also when i right-click on my each drive, there is no tab of explore etc... and its in some charecters form which i can't type but in the end it ends with (0) and on next line its divide symble with(x).... i never seen this before..... now please i need help about how to fix this problem and how to open back my hard drive again.... please give me suggestion, am waiting for it.. thanks
