Hi. few days i got these error msg from my client systems and additional server system.
1. Before i connected the client system with domain. its working good, now a day
some problems are getting me.. The Error are 1. When i log on the client system,
its logged on , after i connect shard folder or server could not connect, one of
the error msg came "\\server is not accessible . you might not have permission to
use this network resources.contact the administrator of the server or find out if
you have access permission. logon faliure: the target account name is incorrect.
2. i thought to change the client system name and workgroup of system. its work done.
after i reconnect to domain (i e Change computer name) does not connect. the error
msg came "The Following Error occurred attemptin to rename the computer to " Computer
name" Logon Failure: The Target Account name is incorrect.. 3. i putted the client
systems in network in dns , wins address were everything. i can not connect shard
folder on the server. 4. We are using the DHCP . with Scope. 5. Daily this error
coming, client system 2 or 3 times restart some times worked. . 6. when this problem
came , me used to services.msc and restart the some services.(net logon and computer
browser and workstation) . some times work, some time does not work after restart
the service and system .. i need to connect the shard folder without system restart
. What can i do.. ----------------------------------------- We are using the windows
2003 standard edition, we are using the Macfee 8i Anitvirus software. we are installed
the DAT Files manully.. i thought (I got the error message when i installed the DAT
5013.. ) . is it server problem or client system problem? or DAT Files Problem..
What is the solution.. please help me.. The target account name is incorrect problem
is daily coming in all system(Client system) We are using the Additional server also.
Some time the additional server also got the same error.. all time we are restart
the system sir.. please help me how to solve the problem
