Hi.
I have had the same problem.The only effective method to fix this problem that I
have discovered is to format the drive/partition. Once you do this it fixes the problems
and not only can you open the drive but the right click menu which appears corrupt
because of the damage caused by the virus becomes normal as well.
This is not the ideal solution though and I am still searching for a solution which
would not involve formatting. However if you can backup your files to another partition
you can rest assured that this method will work.
Please let me know if you come across a different solution.
