Built-in Administrator Password

Is there a way to reset the password for the built-in administrator account
via group policy? I know this can be done individually on each computer by
opening Computer Management > Connect to another computer etc… I’d like to
reset the built-in administrator account via Group Policy, but I don’t want to
add a domain account to the local administrators group though.
