i had the same problam with a windows xp pro computer
i found if you open the drive in explorer open tools folder options, view, and select
show hiden files and untick hide protected operating system files a small file shows
named autorun.exe i opended it with note pad and this was one of the files it pointed
to SysAuto.exe
i deleted the autorun file and ran regedit32 and removed all instances of SysAuto.exe
i rebooted and evey thing was normal
i hope this helps
