I have assigned these employees to the "Network Configuration Operators" group, but something is still blocking them from accessing their network settings (the settings properties buttons are greyed out). I am running Server 2003 SP2, pushing the group policies out to laptops running Windows XP SP2. There do not appear to be any errors in the policy propagation. There are presently no replies to this message.
