In our company we are following up the same procedure. When I joined the new company
they use to Map a folder for a particular user so that he can get access to directly
to that folder only whenever he logs in. Perform the following steps:
You know how to create a user ID
just right click on that particular user ID and click on properties
In that you will get an option called as profile
In that you have to select the drive letter which ever you want for example z: and
profile path as :\\UserName\FolderName and click on Ok
Then a folder will get created in your server by that user name.
Whenever a user logs in he will get what he is suppose to
