When I unchecked the System files in my drive. I found three files Autorun.INF, Thumbs.db and one .dll file. I checked the system files in the root of other properly working drives. And didn’t find the files. Autorun.inf was including line and pointer to a virus RavMonE.exe. I deleted all the above mentioned files (3 files). After that I am able to open the drive properly.
