If you're talking about the settings on the server itself, then it should be ok as 127.0.0.1 is the loopback address. What this means is, it's pointing back at itself for DNS. It's easy enough to test. Can you surf the web on the server? If yes, then you're getting DNS resolution. If it's not resolving properly, change that to your server's IP address.

Your clients should have your server's IP for their DNS address. This is necessary in an AD integrated domain so they can get authenticated on login. When they go to surf the web, your DNS server will forward their request (which is outside the local zone) to the IP listed in the forwarding section of DNS. From what I see, you have your ISP's DNS server IP in there. This is correct. Requests from inside the local zone will be passed to your ISP's DNS server and resolved requests returned to the client via your DNS server.
