"Full access" permissions don't work...

Hi guys & galls,

I have a machine running Server 2003, configured as DC and file server (3 hard drives).
I renamed the domain administrator account and use this one to log in via a WinXP
Pro machine (for testing), on which I mapped the 3 drives from the DC.

I noticed that, while the mapped drives show up and I can read everything, I can't
change/delete anything! I checked the permissions on the shares, and Administrators
as well as the renamed Administrator account have full access. I checked the Administrator
account, and it still has all the basic memberships of the domain administrator.
If I log in locally with the local administrator account, it won't let me change
anything either...

Am I missing something?
