First, you must know what your IP address is for your printer(s) prior to setting
up your ports. Also, make sure your printer(s) are turned on. Go to your printers
and faxes area and right click onto the printer you wish to change and then go to
it's properties. Click on the Ports tab and then click the Add Port button. Choose
the Standard TCP/IP Port option from the list shown and then click the New Port button.
The Port Wizard will start. Click Next, then where it asks for Printer Name or
IP Address, just type in the IP Address and the Port Name area will fill in automatically.
Click Next and it should find your printer and set it up as Standard. Hope this
helps.
