Windows Server 2003 using DEP option "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select:" then "Add" a specific executable to exclude. Afterwards, I ghost the disk. When startup the OS after the Image process the excluded executable file is not showing in the DEP exceptions window. I have been researching but unable to connect the dots as why the executable file is not saved as a DEP exception ? Thanks for any experienced feedback on this.
