Hi the ICS service is nor running on any of the servers for me to go to firewall
exceptions and i don't have authority to start it. Since the ICS services aren't
started on all the servers then there is no way that it can have an impact and be
the solution.
The servers are all Windows 2003 enterprise SP1.
