Are updates being stored on the C Drive? If so, simply move the NTunistall folders to the D Drive. Are you using the Windows backup utility and is it set to store the backup on the C Drive? If so, redirect the path. Are you using Exchange? If so, move the Information store to the D Drive if it is on C. To check and see where all your space is being used, open the C Drive and check all folder/file sizes.
