Process "4 entsvc.exe" hogging cpu resources

I have the above process running on the server which seems to be using a lot of the
cpu without releasing it. This keeps generating error messages about paging files.
Does anybody know what this is and/ or what it is for.
This is not the evntsvc.exe process.
