update for exchange cannot find SP2

I have recently installed an SBS 2003 on our network. During the installation there
was a option to choose a different drive to install Exchange and data files amongst
others.
Now I am trying to update the server to work with Vista. But when I run the exchange
update It cannot find SP2. But I did install it. Is this anything to do with the
above?
How can I fix my exchange installation?
