undeletable folder!

Hi.
I've got a strange folder on my server which I can't get rid of and it's causing
various scripts to stop running. It's like it's been deleted but Windows hasn't
noticed yet! It shows as 0 bytes and if you try to open, rename, delete, copy etc..
it says either "Access denied" or "cannot read from source file or disk". Any ideas
how to get rid of it (other than rebooting).
