Connect Hard drives any way your system allows you to (PATA, SATA, SCSI, whatever fits the system), convert the drive(s) in Disk Managment from basic to dynamic, and Server 2003 lets you create RAID 0, 1 and/or 5 configurations (RAID5 depends on the number of drives ofcourse)
