Server continues to Restart after installing sp2

I recently installed sp2 on my server 2003 file server. The install went flawlessly.
When I was prompted to restart the server after the install, the server just keeps
starting to load windows server 2003 and then restarts. It does it in safe mode as
well. Help me get this back up and running.
