Thankyou! This worked for me using Total Commander to unpack the inf files ( actually I think only wdma_ctl.inf is needed ) and all the files from driver.cab to a folder then it installed ok as "Sound Blaster 16 or AWE32 or compatible (WDM)" into Windows Server 2003 running inside Virtual PC 2007.
