I have set up folder redirection to a seperate folder from the profiles as i have read in many places that this is the way to do it. From your post it sounds like this could be the problem but from what i understand the reason for doing this is to speed up logon times. So am i right in thinking that if i take the folder redirection for the Application data and My documents folder away that this may solve the problem (but may give me a new one of longer logon times).
